Food Distributor Texas Division Recruiting Accountant [Accountant]

We are a leading B2B supplier to the beverage and dessert industry located in California. We are currently recruiting Accountants. If you have two years of basic accounting work background and are interested in the food industry, we welcome you to join. • Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts and expenses, in the company's accounting software. • Reconciliation: Assists in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy. • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, monitor accounts receivable and assist in managing supplier and customer relationships. • Financial Reporting: Assists in the preparation and production of basic financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documents. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and relevant regulations. • Support: Assist the Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager with a variety of ad hoc financial tasks and projects. • The job must be legally filed. This job does not offer sponsorship • Communication: This position will interact with multiple employees, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is beneficial to a productive individual • Fluent in both Chinese and English (required) • 2 years of accounting experience (required) • Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred) • This position has a 90-day probation period.
