We are looking for new colleagues who share the same pursuit of excellence and are willing to be part of a team that challenges the world's cutting-edge blockchain markets. - Provide administrative support as needed - Basic accounting duties, including day-to-day accounting and assisting with monthly closing activities/financial statements - Overall management of employee benefits - Accounts payable and receivable responsibilities - Onboarding new employees - As assigned by the CEO - Maintain personnel-related data records on paper and in databases and ensure all employment requirements are met - Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.). - Assists supervisors with the performance management process - Supports the recruiting/hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, assisting with screening, issuing employment contracts, etc. - Fluent in both Chinese and English (required) - Pay attention to details and have excellent time management skills - Clear organization, ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - More than 2 years of experience in related fields - Proficient in computer knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office software Reminder: Do not rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the physical object to avoid being scammed.
