Handle daily emails, telephone communication, and file management; arrange meetings, schedule management, and record meeting minutes; handle financial reimbursement, bill management, and simple financial affairs. Make daily arrangements such as doctor appointments, bank affairs, house maintenance, etc.; Book air tickets, hotels, car rentals and other travel itineraries; Assist with purchasing, ordering meals, pick-up and drop-off, express delivery and other chores. As a communication bridge between Chinese and English, handle business emails, meetings, and customer communications; assist with recruitment, training, and team management; participate in social media management, marketing, and customer service.
