Assist in handling daily company affairs, such as business docking, receiving customers, and issuing notices. Analyze and process daily company data. Communicate and coordinate the daily work of different departments. Assist in drafting and writing documents, reports, announcements and other clerical matters. Record and save the content of general manager meetings. Supervise and manage factory materials and inventory.
