Driver recruitment and onboarding management: Publish recruitment information, screen driver resumes, and arrange interviews and road tests. Review driver's CDL license, MVR record, background check and drug test results, and establish driver profile. Complete new driver onboarding procedures (I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, employment contract, etc.). Arrange driver safety training, company policies, and ELD driving recording system operating instructions. 2. Scheduling and driver salary settlement (using the PortPro system) Check the driver settlement form every week according to the PortPro system (calculated by trip or container). Generate driver payroll reports and submit to Finance or HR for payroll. Handle bill disputes, overtime fees, retention fees (detention/layover) and other related matters. 3. Truck insurance and vehicle registration Responsible for vehicle insurance purchase, renewal and claims (including Cargo, Liability, Physical Damage, etc.). Follow up on truck registration, IFTA reporting, DOT/MC annual review, etc. Establish and maintain vehicle ledgers (VIN, policy, effective date, vehicle inspection records, etc.). 4. Administrative support and compliance management Manage driver attendance and working time records to ensure compliance with DOT compliance requirements. Electronically file insurance certificates, vehicle registrations, inspection reports, safety training records and other documents. Assist the office and warehouse in coordinating dispatch and supporting daily operations. 1. Applicants with truck dispatching, fleet management or administrative experience are preferred. 2. Familiar with dispatching systems or other similar systems. 3. Priority will be given to those with dispatching-related experience. Training is available if no experience is available. 4.
