Order processing: Responsible for accurately inputting order information, assisting the business team, and following up on the order processing progress 2. Customer contact: Customer service and contact, maintaining good customer relationships, having good communication skills and teamwork spirit 3. Document management: Organize and archive various company documents, assist in preparing reports and other information, and ensure that the information is accurate 4. Office affairs: Assist in market research, collect information, and provide support for business development 5. Document processing: Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot table), etc.), including document writing, editing, and data sorting 6. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to assist in completing other administrative support tasks to ensure efficient and smooth operations 7.
