It also provides integrated print projects, direct mail, trade showsolutions and some advertising to meet the needs of clients in the Life Sciencemarket. We are currently seeking to fill a position that will combine Account Director andInbound Director, with the following responsibilities:－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－Project Manager (75%of role)– Efficiently push projects through thecompletion process in the company, securing the needs of creative staff andliaising with vendors and internal account managers. – Manage communication between vendors,other account managers / directors and creative staff with very strong writtenand verbal English ability and general communications skills.– Create and manage timelines forprojects in “teamwork” software or other suitable format. See that these meetthe client need/brief, that everyone involved with the project is aware ofthem, and that they are followed and met.– Manage projects against establishedbudgets, and track budget usage throughout the project. – Track monthly project completions forinvoicing use.– If needed, attend client marketevents, trade shows, and conferences to support clients, network, establishcontact relationships, and represent That’s Nice expertise.– Arrange meetings, presentations,proposals, and pitch appointments. Prepare background material, alignment ofservices, and budget analysis for these meetings – and possibly conduct inconjunction with another business team member or Director.– Media liaison and management to serve clients willalso be part of this role if the candidate has the appropriate skills /experience.– Event management support for creating estimates, eventtimelines, and working with show organizers for event deta
