C.G.M. Development is a full-service real estate development company located in the Irvine, CA. As an experienced developer in Southern California, our company provides comprehensive development services for our clients. The scope of our activities includes site selection, feasibility study, entitlement, project management, construction management and asset management. C.G.M. Development is currently seeking a Real Estate Associate to assist with our portfolio of properties in the Eastern San Gabriel Valley and Northern Orange County areas. The Associate would be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the management of these commercial properties. The qualified candidate would be responsible for various property management tasks including tenant relations, marketing, and building operations. This position can be full-time or part-time depending on the qualified candidate's preference. Responsibilities: Administrative • Collect and distribute mail on a timely basis • Order and maintain office supplies • Maintain a clean working environment at the executive suite units Tenant Relations • Build and maintain tenant relations • Perform tenant move-in and move-out procedures • Show potential tenants our properties Marketing • Create marketing documents • Create marketing ideas and strategies with a team • Organize the various marketing avenues and maintain accurate property listings Property Maintenance • Ensure the safety and integrity of commercial properties and their systems through staff • Project future maintenance issues and requirements to make proper improvements • Complete tours of the properties to insure proper maintenance every week. Walks and tours to include interior hallways, exteriors, entrances, etc. • Work with the project manager and management team to complete each task successfully • Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and lease agreements • Assist with any number of general tasks 提醒：未看见实物之前不要急着汇款或交保证金避免受骗。
