Husky Remodeling LLC was started by two computer engineers who wanted to provide affordable home solutions to tech geeks in the greater Seattle area. To control labor and time budgets, we apply the latest supply chain management concepts such as Lean Sigma and process optimization into front-end online systems. In this system, all handymen and specialty contractors act as our suppliers, and all services act as products. We record and track data to help us make decisions during the remodeling process. With this system, we save the cost of estimating, material shipping, and scheduling conflicts by moving operations quickly online. Because we make our subcontractors' operations more efficient, they can also make more money by compressing time.
