Recruitment position: Administrative Assistant / Administrative Assistant We are a technologically innovative, fast-growing LED lighting product manufacturer and energy-saving service provider with 20 years of experience in the lighting industry. Our US branch in Bellevue is now looking for an administrative assistant to work full-time. Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide office affairs support to the general manager and company colleagues; 2. Answer calls, manage schedules, prepare reports and business data; 3. Coordinate order production and inventory management of China manufacturing base; 4. Follow up on different projects. Job requirements: 1. High school degree or above; 2. Bilingual ability, fluent in English and Mandarin; 3. 1-2 years of administrative work experience, attention to details, self-motivated, able to solve problems with minimal guidance; 4. Proficient in using Microsoft office software; 5. Proactive, with project coordination experience preferred; 6. Willing to take on additional work content when needed. Working hours: We offer flexible working hours, with total working hours not exceeding 35 hours per week.
