Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the recruitment of the driver team, interviewing drivers according to the delivery staff entry process. Arrange drivers according to market conditions, ensure sufficient regional transportation capacity, standardize delivery staff's order taking, order picking, and delivery processes, and ensure driver delivery quality. Supervise delivery staff performance, including delivery efficiency, attendance rate, order error rate, etc. Responsible for local driver salary settlement, establish and maintain delivery staff reward and punishment system, allocate and process special orders. Job Requirements: Have strong management and deployment skills, and be fluent in Chinese and English. Serious and responsible, good at communication, good ability to withstand pressure. Familiar with Office software. Trial period is three months. Candidates with experience will be given priority.
