Job requirements: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target markets and industries, and provide decision-making suggestions for investments; Support overseas investment projects, including project launch, executive interviews, due diligence, valuation and return analysis, transaction negotiations, product design, road shows, fundraising, fund establishment and landing, transaction execution, post-investment management, etc.; Assist superiors in early planning and sorting out investment projects and explore market opportunities; design investment models, financial analysis and transaction structure construction to promote the process of investment projects; Bachelor degree or above in finance-related majors, 1 year of work/project experience; Must have strong financial valuation and investment model construction capabilities, as well as investment analysis experience from world-renowned investment banks, and strong business negotiation skills.
