Bilingual Personal Assistant to CEO

FuAn Enterprises is a cooking oil company in Newport beach. We export cooking oil to China. Responsibilities Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed Data entry Working closely with the CEO Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments/travel arrangements Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries Sometimes helping out with other tasks from other departments in the office Any other general office duties Requirements Proven working experience in similar roles Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Email, and Google calendars Professional appearance Bilingual (English / Chinese) Solid English communication skills both written and verbal Solid Chinese communication skills both written and verbal Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure Superb organizational skills; ability to handle detailed meeting schedules Sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision Willing to learn, self-starting, proactive and efficient Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon-Fri Required experience: Administrative, Assistant 4-5 years Salary: negotiable, DOE Local candidates only Please apply with a cover letter and your resume!
