Executive Assistant to the CEO

Bio Essence® has been manufacturing and developing dietary supplements and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulas to alternative medical practitioners and public consumers since 2000. Our signature products include herbal detox and nutraceutical formulas for functional improvement targeting individual organ systems. Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Manages calendar and daily agenda. Schedules meetings, appointments, teleconferences, webinars and travel. Prepare reports for special projects by collecting and analyzing information. Correspondence with internal and external contracts and distribution of documents. Make airline, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements, both domestic and international. Screen telephone calls and takes messages. Handles confidential material and information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to execute a variety of tasks and projects. Requirements: High attention to detail Ability to communicate and work effectively with team members Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
