Catering Equipment Company Operations Manager [Full Time] Tampa, FL Job Description: Manage and oversee branch activities and operations. Ensure implementation and compliance with company policies and procedures. Evaluate and enhance current operational systems. Prepare reports and audits to monitor and improve branch operations efficiency. Can coordinate communication between different functions. Manage the daily work responsibilities of subordinate employees. Ensure the branch achieves its goals or milestones within the approved budget. Reports to the Director of Operations or Corporate Operations Manager. Has authority for personnel actions. Have extensive knowledge of operating department processes and be able to work with minimal supervision. Skills Required: Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High accuracy and attention to detail. Have strong organizational and management skills. In-depth knowledge of customer service, inventory and accounting procedures. Customer service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate to advanced data entry skills. Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with a team. Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, business management or related field.
