Be able to respond to incoming calls professionally and cordially, and provide solutions or report to relevant supervisors as appropriate. Handle order-related matters, including but not limited to ensuring that the order quantity is correct, verifying the amount, delivery and receipt time, retaining details and documents, etc. Handle cargo delivery documents and keep relevant records completely. Be able to use and be proficient in office hardware such as computers and printers (including photocopying, scanning, and faxing functions). Candidates with a relevant degree or high school certificate (or above) will be preferred. Experience as an office clerk or other clerical work. You must be able to speak, read, and write English and Chinese, and Spanish is a plus. Ability to use and maintain office equipment. Possess skills in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry. Possess organizational and multi-tasking skills. Able to work independently, pay attention to details, and be self-motivated. Can work flexible shifts as required (including morning shifts, weekend shifts, and holiday shifts).
