Bi-lingual Front Desk Receptionist for myDoc Urgent Care 1008 Arch Street, Phila, PA 19107 Love Medical Clinic is looking for a warm, friendly, and experienced medical receptionist to manage the front desk (Medical Receptionist) Medical receptionists must work hard. Daily tasks include answering phone calls; answering questions; entertaining patients; checking in and registering; checking and verifying medical insurance; collecting payments; and making appointments for medical treatment. Treat patients with the highest respect. Monitor the cleanliness and safety of patient waiting rooms. Perform other duties as assigned or as needed. * Experience in medical reception preferred; bilingual in both Chinese and English * Experience with Navinet and EMR systems preferred * True customer focus - caring for patients; * Ability to remain calm in conflict situations and attention to detail; * Ability to understand and remember complex information related to insurance coverage and verification; * Good work ethics - come to work on time and pay attention to responsibilities; * Understand the knowledge of medical care; * Strong ability in medical terminology, a high school diploma or GED or more than 2 years of higher education is preferred.
