Recruiting warehouse assistants[/b] Job requirements: including but not limited to: Arranging personnel to work to ensure normal work Optimizing the management system and providing timely feedback Discovering problems in operation and proactively solving them Communicating, implementing and supervising various regulations Collecting and sorting operational data and reporting regularly as required Writing and updating work manuals for each position Organizing and summarizing work problems and solutions for each position Formulating training plans and grading examinations Conducting assessments and skill certification on employees Completes organizing and packing cargo in a timely manner Ability to carry items up to 40 pounds and bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for eight hours or more. Applicants with two or more years of e-commerce or logistics warehouse work experience will be given priority. Candidates who can use computers and management systems are preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workplace required. Experience in using warehouse tools such as barcode scanners and packaging guns is very helpful. Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English is required. Have good communication skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to handle problems independently and cope with pressure. Warehouse worker[/b] Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (loading, packing, packing, labeling, shipping) Receive and process warehouse inventory products (picking, unloading, labeling, storage) Perform inventory control and maintain high-quality audit standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment and optimize space utilization Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues Preventively operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
