New York looking for home nanny

My daughter is 3 and a half years old this year. I am looking for a nanny who understands early childhood education. Nanny who can dance and play musical instruments is preferred. The nanny is required to be female, 30 to 45 years old, who likes children, is patient, and can integrate well with the children. My usual job is to take care of the baby, teach the baby painting, musical instruments, etc. I usually go out for a walk and make lunch. The working time is 8:00~17:00. The working time is 8 hours.
