KLC Kailei Construction Company is looking for high-paying project managers and assistants. Location: Queens, New York and Long Island area. Communicate and assist with the construction schedule and point out issues that may affect the project progress. Maintain and track project data including contract documents, permits and inspections. Monitor construction progress and maintain construction quality and safety. Track the engineering permit submission and approval process to ensure timelines are consistent with the project schedule. Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth completion of the entire process from pre-construction to completion. Fluent in Mandarin and simple English communication is sufficient. Applicants with engineering project management or construction site experience are required. Familiar with basic office software such as Word and Excel. Salary: $190-230/day depending on work experience and work ability.
