Air Import Coordinator & Air Export Coordinator

Job Summary Air Import & Export Coordinator is responsible for coordinating import and export operations across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations, identifying and addressing issues with imported and exported products and negotiate solutions with imports and exports through established channels, working closely with manufacturing and marketing teams to ensure product quality, delivery dates and customer satisfaction are met. Key Duties and Responsibilities - Coordinate and prepare the necessary documentation and custom forms for the efficient and lawful execution of all import/export activities. - Liaise with oth er departments and warehouse to establish and maintain effective and relevant export/import activities. - Verify and issue delivery orders to airlines and custom brokers for international shipments. Communicate and arrange with the carriers for pickup of goods. - Ensure compliance with the customs regulations and transpose customs declaration information from documents, and or other data sources, into the customs brokerage system accurately - Coordinate international hazmat orders for review and documentation. - Manage and meet required internal and external KPIs. - Ensure all is in order in relation to import quotas, tariffs, trade agreements and Customs regulations. - Manage deadlines and sometimes difficult situations, therefore an element of negotiation is required in order to be able to meet timescales. - Perform other job-related functions as assigned by Sr Logistic Manager.
