Warehouse Operations Supervisor (NY/NJ) We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organized Warehouse Manager to effectively lead and manage a scheduling team and drive team performance and safety culture to serve our last mile operations. This position is responsible for effectively overseeing and coordinating all activities related to business scheduling operations and providing support to the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Manage warehouse employees, supervise work and ensure safe use of warehouse equipment Establish warehouse practices and protocols for efficient warehouse operations Work with senior management and other team leaders to establish warehouse and team goals Oversee job performance and lead training programs to improve employee performance Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped on time Problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and production issues Proven people management and leadership skills with the ability to establish a collaborative work environment Three to five years of supervisory experience, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment Good computer skills and proficiency in using Outlook, Excel and ERP warehousing systems.
