Accounting job IGH Holding Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Junior Accountant Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing our financial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, continue to improve the payment process, collaborate with the Team Leader to schedule payments, and ensure accurate bookkeeping within the system. 2. Review open accounts for collection efforts on a daily and weekly basis, making professional outbound?collection emails and calls. 3. Assist with administrative requests assigned by supervisor and manager. Key Requirements:? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, a plus. Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles, a plus. Proficiency in English and MS Office. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, a plus.
