We are currently seeking a career-oriented and dedicated Human Resources Associate to support the following functional areas: Administration, Interview Scheduling, Onboarding, Training, HRIS Database and Reporting. • Assist with recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling • Coordinate onboarding and respond to employee inquiries • Maintain accuracy and generate reports for HR-related data • Support execution of administrative systems and procedures to perform HR functions • Support HR processes related to the employment cycle • Responsible for timely maintenance, updating, and dissemination of information to appropriate websites or departments, such as job boards and employment sites • Complete other tasks assigned by Human Resources • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience and education level considered. • Must be able to handle confidential information • Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and/or human resources laws and practices. • Analytical skills to collect and summarize reporting data, find solutions to various management challenges, and prioritize work • Ability to multi-task and produce results within tight deadlines • Health insurance (medical, dental and vision) • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Reminder: Do not rush to send money or post a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being scammed.
