Job Responsibilities of Tourism OP: 1. Responsible for the operation and inquiry of tour groups 2. Quickly and accurately quote, book group seats, confirm and arrange tour group orders based on multiple channels such as peer orders, inquiry calls, online orders, etc. 3. Responsible for the company's customized package customization business operations; 4. Familiar with the tourism industry, and can skillfully operate hotel reservations, vehicle reservations and other businesses; 5. Responsible for external product expansion and development of new partners6. Responsible for the internal coordination of the package customization department and formulating appropriate package travel products. 7. Provide after-sales service to customers. Based on professional experience, be able to quickly and properly solve special issues such as refund, change, and signing of international air tickets. 8. Be able to follow up on the checkout between the company and customers in a timely manner. Job requirements: 1. Applicants with working experience in travel agencies will be given priority. 2. Proficient in OP business operations, able to independently complete package itinerary design; 3. Strong English speaking skills, able to independently complete supplier expansion and resource development; 4. Have a certain understanding of North American tourism resources; 5. Clear ideas, strong sense of responsibility, able to complete the itinerary required for high-end customized packages, hotel, air tickets, and vehicle reservations; 6. Have a strong sense of time, be pragmatic, down-to-earth, and conscientious to complete tasks assigned by the company on time. 7.
