ABOUT THE POSITION • Support sales team in reaching monthly sales target • Research university market and build relationship with Chinese students • Build relationships with university organizations and organize on-campus seminars • Explain the benefits of our career coaching program to motivate suitable students and graduates to enroll • Report to sales coordinator about the needs of prospective clients JOB REQUIREMENTS • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred not but required (you will be speaking with Chinese international students) • Determined, focused, and results-driven • Strong persuasion, articulation, and interpersonal skills • Strong desire to help and nurture others • Previous sales experience preferred but not essential WHAT YOU WILL GET • Fast track to leadership positions who prove themselves • Opportunities to work in our overseas offices located in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Beijing • Lucrative commission-only.
