Recruiting Rental Assistant [Real Estate]

Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the real estate agent in daily work, responsible for customer reception and initial consultation work; 2. Organize, update, write and publish housing information in a timely manner; 3. Collect floor plans, property maps, and update the photo library in a timely manner; 4. Assist the agent to arrange various meetings and house displays; 5. Maintain long-term business collaboration relationships with owners and management companies; 6. Assist the marketing department in activities and complete other tasks of the company. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, Business/finance/Real-estate related majors are preferred; 2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 3. Legal working status in the United States; 4.
