Midtown Manhattan Real Estate Company is recruiting full-time accountants, interested parties please send resume to Real estate/service Company seeks individual with 3+ years diversified hands on bookkeeping experience: Major Responsibilities: • Job costing, billing customers, collections, payables, invoicing • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting transactions and reconciling entries and accounts • Process, post and reconcile payroll • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance and journal entries • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends • Answering telephones, scheduling appointments, updating employee calendars, etc. Job Requirements: • 3+ years bookkeeping experience • 2+ years’ experience in the real estate industry • Experience working with accounting and financial systems, specifically Yardi Genesis and Quick book • Fluent English and Chinese writing and speaking • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and income tax basis accounting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance • GC holder or US Citizen only Please send your resume (Both in English and Chinese) to Only applicants selected for interview will be contacted.
