Recruiting part-time Chinese teachers [Chinese teachers] in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm Responsibilities: Design Chinese and Chinese culture courses, teaching plans, and teaching materials. Teach Chinese and Chinese culture. Use various teaching methods to encourage students to learn Chinese and Chinese culture according to student needs to help students of different grades complete their learning goals. Establish a code of conduct for students in the classroom and strictly abide by it to ensure a good classroom learning atmosphere. Evaluate and record the development of students' learning and social skills, and prepare student transcripts. Communicate with parents about students' learning status through parent-teacher meetings and other methods, and work with parents to solve students' behavioral or learning problems. Provide students with an effective learning environment by establishing practical and attractive bulletin boards. Participate in professional training activities to ensure and improve their professional standards. Manage students' activities inside and outside the classroom during after-school class time. Work with the education director to complete performance evaluations. Provide role models and guide students. Guide and supervise teacher assistants. Work with Chinese tutors to prepare and implement additional courses for students who need additional help. Implement school policy requirements: Must pass a background check including a fingerprinting background check Must be fluent in Chinese, both spoken and written Have at least a college degree Have the energy, motivation and ability to work with students Have experience working with children under 13 Have patience and self-control, and are willing to accept guidance and supervision Interested parties please send resume to.
