Wok chef/stir-fry chef ($18-$26/hour) Good at Chinese cooking techniques and familiar with common dishes in tea restaurants. Applicants with wok experience will be preferred and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment. Dim sum chef/baozi and dumpling chef ($20-$28/hour) Make traditional Chinese desserts (such as steamed buns, siomai, egg tarts, etc.). Need to be familiar with the pastry making process to ensure the quality and speed of the products. Dishwasher/ Kitchen handyman ($16-$20/hour) Responsible for kitchen cleaning, dishwashing and assisting in food preparation. Hard-working, careful, and able to adapt to high-intensity work. Cashier/service clerk ($16-$22/hour) Responsible for cashiering, processing orders and customer inquiries. Basic cash management and electronic payment operation experience is required. Morning shift: 9:00 - 15:00 Evening shift: 17:00 - 22:00 Or full-day shift: 10:00 - 21:00 (including lunch break) 4 days off per month, working meals + drinks provided.
