Wok chef/stir-fry chef ($18-$26/hour) Good at Chinese cooking techniques and familiar with common dishes in tea restaurants. Dim sum chef/baozi and dumpling chef ($20-$28/hour). Make traditional Chinese snacks (such as steamed buns, siomai, egg tarts, etc.). Dishwasher/kitchen handyman ($16-$20/hour) responsible for kitchen cleaning, tableware washing and assisting in food preparation. Cashier / Service clerk ($16-$22/hour) Responsible for cashiering, order processing and customer consultation. Morning shift: 9:00 - 15:00 Evening shift: 17:00 - 22:00 or full-day shift: 10:00 - 21:00 (including lunch break) 4 days off per month, working meals + drinks are provided.
