[Suzhou and Hangzhou] A century-old restaurant from China located in Chinatown Old Street in New York City, focusing on providing customers with authentic gourmet experience. We sincerely invite people who are energetic, hospitable and have good communication skills to provide customers with warm and friendly services and ensure customer satisfaction. Understand the menu, introduce dishes to customers when necessary, answer customers' questions and provide suggestions. Assist customers in ordering food and communicate it to the kitchen to ensure the order is accurate. Assist in setting up the restaurant and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. Help handle customer complaints or questions and ensure timely resolution of issues. Good Chinese communication skills, English communication skills are preferred. Applicants with restaurant service experience are preferred, but we also welcome those with no experience and we provide training.
