曼哈顿大桥（英语：Manhattan Bridge）是一条悬索桥，位于美国纽约州纽约市，跨越东河连接曼哈顿与布鲁克林。曼哈顿大桥是由波兰裔的Ralph Modjeski所设计建造，而桥的缆索是由设计里昂·莫伊塞弗（Leon Moisseiff）所设计，他后来设计了在1940年倒塌的塔科马海峡吊桥。桥的设计为两层道路，上层有双向共4条线道，下层包括双向可转换3线道丶4条地铁路线丶人行道丶自行车道。下层的3线道可以在尖峰时间时全部单向通行，或是分为双向一方向2线道与另一方向1线道。纽约州道27号在以前曾经通行曼哈顿大桥，未来478号州际公路计划行经曼哈顿桥。目前曼哈顿桥并不征收通行费，以前曾有考量过收取通行费以支付保养费用，但是并未通过。 桥梁形式 悬索桥 总长度 2,089.40米（6,855英尺） 最大跨距 448.06米（1,470英尺）
