IT project manager

Location: Piscataway, NJ Job Report: Head of Project Management Department 1. Responsible for the delivery or project management of specific projects, including developing implementation plans, coordinating project contributions from cross-departmental and cross-functional professionals (SMEs), writing reports, and presenting project deliverables to all decision makers. 2. Ensure efficient project delivery and contribute to the team's profitability goals. 3. Create and update the project plan and any necessary documentation. 4. In the development and delivery process of consulting services, effectively attract internal stakeholders, present project progress and results, and manage the participation and expectations of internal stakeholders. 5. Understand the strategic needs of clients and sustain business opportunities by connecting with small and medium-sized businesses that fit their needs. 6. Develop processes and infrastructure (e.g. training materials, flow charts, instructions for use, standard operating procedures, etc.) to help lay the foundation for further expansion of the team. 7. Provide support to other members of the team when necessary in terms of project delivery, research, etc. to help achieve the overall goals of the group and company. 8. Provide assistance to all business units within Genscript Group as needed. 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related studies; 1 to 3 years of relevant IT project management work experience 2. Ability to master two languages (English, Mandarin) 3. Detail-oriented data analysis methods 4. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects; able to work within specified time limits 5. Ability or experience in coordinating project teams 6. Ability to look at problems objectively; ability to think innovatively 7.
