Our dealership is located in the New Jersey area and can accommodate remote work. We are now actively recruiting marketing and sales managers who love this industry and are willing to expand their careers. • Find and screen potential vehicle purchase opportunities • Promote our vehicles to potential buyers and drive deals • Develop marketing/sales campaigns to increase exposure for our products and services • Bachelor's degree or current degree in marketing, business or related field is acceptable • Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible work schedule • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze market trends and develop correspondingly effective sales strategies • Strong negotiation and transactional skills • Applicants with bilingual Chinese and Mandarin skills are preferred • Applicants with YouTube/TikTok promotion experience are preferred. We provide a competitive salary structure of basic salary plus commission, and encourage international students to apply. Estimated working hours: no less than 40 hours per week, flexible office hours/home office optional.
