Failure analysis engineer

1. Formation of FA team (organizing and counting fault information, forming a failure analysis team); 2. Failure cause analysis (using 8D logic, proficiently using methods such as FTA, fishbone diagram and 5Why to analyze the cause of failure, including battery cell & module disassembly); 3. Improvement meeting coordination (convening team members, discussing and formulating analysis, and improving verification plan); 4. Follow up on the implementation of improvement measures (timely follow up and confirm the improvement verification effect); 5. FA statistics and experience sharing, and output 8D reports (forming lesson learnt and forming a closed loop); 6. Coordination of resources related to the analysis process; 7. Connect with customer reports as needed. 1. More than 3 years of FA related experience or more than 1 year of BMS related work experience is preferred; 2. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronics, materials or machinery; 3. Understand the structure and functional principles of lithium batteries and power battery systems, as well as the production and manufacturing process, and be proficient in the related failure mechanisms of the system involving machinery, electricity, chemistry, heat, etc.; 4. Understand scientific engineering analysis methods such as FTA, fishbone diagram and 5Why, and have strong logical thinking ability; 5. Can use drawing software such as CATIA, can identify 3D drawings and product explosion diagrams, be proficient in using office software, and have certain data analysis and processing capabilities; 6. Have a sense of teamwork, have strong communication skills, and be able to withstand stress; 7. Be proficient in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
