Conduct random sampling inspections of chocolate slurries and molded products to ensure compliance with process standards. Check the accuracy of product packaging sealing and label information (ingredient list, production date) to prevent errors and omissions‌ Equipment monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the operating status of each equipment in the chocolate production line (such as melting machine, tempering machine, molding machine, cooling machine, packaging machine, etc.) Monitor key parameters of the equipment (such as temperature, pressure, speed, current, etc.) to ensure that the equipment is in optimal working condition. During the operation of the equipment, if any abnormality (such as equipment failure, failure, etc.) is discovered, handle it immediately or report it to relevant personnel. Ingredients: Prepare and weigh various required raw materials (such as cocoa powder, cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder, peas, etc.) according to the production work order and formula requirements. According to the production plan and process requirements, accurately prepare the required proportions of raw materials to ensure that the raw materials meet quality standards; Pack and deploy special raw materials.
