We optimize user experience through consumer insights and after-sales feedback to help customers improve brand awareness and product quality. We are looking for an experienced integrated logistics executive to join our cross-border e-commerce team. This position will serve as the company's representative at service provider warehouses and will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, order processing and billing to support the company's global business growth. 1. Daily management of the company's warehouse and sample collection and delivery. (Daily operations in specific warehouses are mainly completed by partner employees) 2. Logistics exception handling: discover and follow up on abnormalities in each link of the supply chain, communicate with local logistics warehouse partners and domestic supply chain teams, and properly handle abnormal orders. 3. Handle daily administrative affairs related to local companies. 2. Excellent communication and customer coordination skills, able to work in a multicultural environment. Fluent in oral and written communication in Chinese and English. 3. Familiar with local life, honest and reliable. 4.
