Ability to proactively approach customers, pay tribute to customers, and ascertain customer needs by asking questions; 2. Be familiar with product knowledge, be able to provide customers with shopping advice, understand shopping mall working procedures, and provide services efficiently; 3. Provide customers with shopping suggestions, and always provide customers with a variety of product choices; 4. Be able to perform daily settlement and cash sorting work; 5. Be able to adjust inventory according to the company's replenishment procedures, and replenish goods in a timely manner based on sales; 6.
