Recruiting trading company sales assistant $25 per hour

1. Responsible for cooperating with the sales manager, communicating with customers, signing agreements and contracts, and arranging orders; 2. Paying attention to the dynamics of sales orders throughout the process; 3. Arranging invoicing, shipments, reconciliations and collections, recognitions, and foreign exchange collection and payment arrangements and follow-up; 4. Management, classification, sorting, filing, and safekeeping of company sales contracts and other documents and materials; 5. Follow-up and sales of orders in stores; 6. Assist sales staff to make phone calls from customers. 1. Be proactive in work, have strong adaptability, strong communication and coordination skills and sense of responsibility; 2. Be proficient in using various office software and have a certain ability to withstand stress; 3. College degree or above, no major limit; 4.
