Recruiting full-time or part-time nanny to take care of a girl aged one to three and a half years old

We are looking for a nanny, either full-time or part-time, to take care of a three-and-a-half-year-old girl. She will work from 4 o'clock on weekdays to before 9 o'clock when the child goes to bed, and all day on weekends. Just doing it on the weekends or a few nights is fine. The treatment is favorable.
