Coordinate demand work across team resources to effectively meet the deadline for RFP packages. 2. Expand the resource database and update it to the central office supervisor and business team every two weeks. 3. Lead the development of pricing analysts and invoke variant analysis tools to support the company's Americas network and pricing teams through the evolution of our pricing matrix. 4. Establish relationships with suppliers that provide international logistics service contracts, such as ocean carriers, longshoremen, docks, warehouses, truck drivers, customs brokers, insurance, warehousing, packaging, barges, etc. Coordinate procurement logistics services. 5. Eliminate human errors, improve process efficiency, improve data accuracy and functional performance through continuous improvement planning and automation. Direct reporting through a model of direction and guidance. 6. Develop and implement cost reduction and work process improvement projects to support growth plans. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirement requirements. Establish preferential terms, volume discounts and prices (if applicable) for all service purchases. 7. Hold weekly meetings with the sales team. Work closely with team members to ensure processes are in place and procedures are effectively executed. 8. Solicit competitive quotations and rates from qualified testers to develop the best logistics plan for customers. 9. Issuing purchase orders and escalating when necessary to ensure purchase order delivery schedules are met and testers meet contract standards. 10. Update the status of the purchase order at any time. 11. Evaluate and prevent various potential risks related to time and cost. 12. Negotiate and contact suppliers to expedite action. Troubleshoot and overcome operational challenges. Ensure invoice accuracy. 13. Obtain industrial license qualifications. 14. Serve as backup for the operations team. 15.
