Logistics (truck) company hires dispatch assistant

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our company and provide opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with minimal supervision, critical thinking and detail-oriented skills. The successful candidate will have business and computer knowledge. He/she should be customer-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, be mature and independent, and be able to work competently in a fast-paced work environment. - Process and monitor import and export cargo shipments and orders. - Coordinate with warehouse, truck drivers and customers for deliveries. - Track and trace orders and shipments. - Find third-party trucking services to meet customer agreed times. - Compare trucking company quotes and service quality. - Adapt to new responsibilities and tasks as directed by management. - Bachelor degree or above. - Preferably have at least 1 year of freight operations experience; we will provide training for entry-level candidates. - Applicants who are familiar with import and export procedures in the United States will be given priority. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and search engines. - Paid holidays, medical insurance, 401K Reminder: Don’t rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being scammed.
