Logistics Coordinator [Truck Scheduling]

We are seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will oversee and manage our transportation need. Our overall goal is to find the right person to manage the trucking business. Duties and Responsibilities * Plan and manage logistics, the warehouse, transportation, and customer services * Liaise and negotiate with key players such as customers, brokers and owner operators * Track transport costs, delivery timelines, and etc * Coordinate skills to oversee delivery schedules * Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably * Staying on budget, increase sales revenue and volume Requirements and Qualifications * BS in business administration, logistics, supply chain or relevant field * Team work and result oriented * Working knowledge and experience with Steam Ship Lines, Ports and Railroads * Significant work experience as a customer services representative or dispatcher * Excellent skills in communication * Strong data entry skills and attention to detail * Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines Reminder: Don’t rush to remit money or pay a deposit before seeing the real thing to avoid being cheated.
