Recruitment drop shipping warehouse manager

- Fully responsible for the daily operation management of the warehouse, including receipt, shelving, picking, packaging, shipping, inventory counting and other drop shipping processes; - Develop and optimize warehouse operation procedures, improve efficiency, reduce error rates, and ensure timely and accurate delivery; - Manage the warehouse team (supervisors, employees, temporary workers), responsible for personnel scheduling, training and performance evaluation; - Supervise the use of WMS system to ensure accurate inventory and data synchronization; - Coordinate communication with customer service, e-commerce platforms, and transportation teams to resolve order anomalies and customer complaints; - Responsible for warehouse safety and compliance, complying with company policies and OSHA and other safety regulations; - Assist with cost control and budget formulation; - Have more than 2 years of warehouse management experience, familiar with dropshipping, e-commerce or 3PL warehousing processes; - Familiar with WMS systems and basic Excel operations; - Have strong organizational coordination and team management experience; - Can adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have strong problem-solving skills; - Candidates with good Chinese and English communication skills will be preferred (depending on warehouse customer needs); * Work location: Near Stafford Annual salary range: $50,000-$70,000 (negotiable) Or add WeChat 603954007 for interview.
