Recruitment Human Resources Specialist / HR Generalist (Logistics Industry)

Assist the company's management to carry out comprehensive human resources work. Responsible for the recruitment process: job postings, screening interviews, onboarding arrangements. Familiar with US federal and state labor regulations to ensure employment compliance (OSHA, FMLA, EEOC, I-9, etc.). Maintain the HR system and employee files to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information. Handle employee relations issues, including communication, coaching, investigation and discipline management. Assist with training plans, safety compliance, annual performance evaluation, etc. Support payroll accounting, benefit management and attendance systems. 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing. Bachelor degree or above (preference is given to human resources, business administration or related majors). Familiar with US labor laws and human resources regulatory processes. Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills. Candidates familiar with HRIS systems such as ADP and GUSTO will be given priority.
