Language : Mandarin Here is Coach Ka. Graduated of Florida Atlantic University, where I earned a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. My background includes hands-on experience with a Division 1 basketball team during college, as well as semi-professional training with the 305 Ballers in Miami. I’ve been a personal trainer for over three years and currently coach at F45, where I lead group sessions focused on functional strength and high-intensity interval training.
