Responsible for the construction of local warehousing systems and processes, preside over daily management and operations of warehousing, sorting, collection, order dispatch, etc.; 2. Predict warehousing needs and personnel needs, plan driver routes, recruit and interview drivers; 3. Responsible for allocating responsibilities to various positions in the warehouse, doing a good job in talent selection and training, and enhancing team cohesion; 4. Solve operational problems in the warehouse in a timely manner, be able to master the company's warehousing and express delivery software, have appropriate computer operation skills, and assist in report data collection; 1.
