These areas have a substantial Chinese community, great amenities, and excellent school districts. For instance, in Frisco, most new homes are priced between $400,000 and $600,000, making it a perfect spot for families.
Visiting and Bidding
When visiting homes, don’t rush into making an offer. I remember my first house viewing; I was so excited that I wanted to bid right away. But after discussing with my real estate agent, I decided to take a step back, compare a few properties, and then make a better-informed decision.
Closing and Moving In
Once your offer is accepted, you’ll enter the closing phase. Depending on your agreement with the seller, this usually takes 30 to 60 days.
