We are in great need of thoughtful and creative members to join our team to promote the rapid development of HungryPanda. Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the recruitment of the driver team and interviewing drivers according to the delivery staff entry process 2. Monitor delivery staff's food delivery and pickup through real-time scheduling in the platform background 3. Arrange drivers according to market conditions to ensure sufficient regional transportation capacity 4. Standardize delivery staff's order taking, order picking, and order delivery processes to ensure driver delivery quality 5. Supervise delivery staff performance, including delivery efficiency, attendance rate, order error rate, etc. 6. Responsible for driver salary settlement in the region, and establishing and maintaining the delivery staff reward and punishment system 7. Job requirements for deploying and processing special orders: 1. Have strong management and deployment skills 2. Fluent in Chinese and English 3. Serious and responsible, good at communication, and good pressure-bearing ability 4. Familiar with Office software. The trial period is three months, and those with experience are preferred.
